FWIW, the Bishop sold WOWI much later in 1989 to my then employer, Ragan
Henry.
It was in sad shape then, but we rebuilt most of it.
Now CC owns it.
It's been #1 in the market for many many years, including when the
Bishop owned it.

Well, based on his rather long record, we know where it is, today...
rotting, rusting, barely (or NOT) compying with FCC Rules... The
building probably near condemnation status, towers nearly ready to
fall...
