[BC] Cell phones getting better?

Mr. Scott, I take offense!  I am a Planning Commissioner!  and we have been 
overwhelmed by the abusive tactics of an army of out of state Attorneys, and 
so called "RF Engineers, with no proof of discipline, providing our 
commission with very colorful maps and descriptions of coverage that were an 
insult to our intelligence.  I find the companies such as "Cricket," who 
refuse to utilize existing tower space are shooting their cause in the foot 
so to speak.

If the stupid zoning people would quit whining about the "funning
looking antennas" on cell towers and monopoles, we would find our cell
phone (including theirs) would work much better.....do you hear me Mr.
Zobota, Mr Codes Man!.....

Largent Hails 28% Drop in Wireless Complaints
FCC Report Shows Complaints Falling in Every Category

WASHINGTON, DC - The Federal Communications
Commission (FCC) reported late yesterday that
consumer complaints about wireless service had
tumbled by 28%. The FCC report revealed that
wireless complaints fell from 6,873 in third
quarter 2005, to 4,956 in the fourth quarter.

"Increasing customer satisfaction is the top
priority of the wireless industry," said CTIA -
The Wireless AssociationR President and CEO Steve
Largent. "In just the two plus years that I have
been at CTIA, carriers have invested more than
$40 billion into the wireless network.
