[BC] Sign-off tunes

I probably mentioned this years ago, but I remember hearing maybe 30 years
ago a recording called "the signoff," or something similar. It sounded
like a typical station signoff of the day. Some speech followed by the
Star Spangled Banner. A few seconds of quiet, then a thump. Then Mexican
music faded up... Just like real radio!
