It was part of the overall suit, which we did win. All we wanted was to shut 
him up. We didn't want his money, we wanted his *silence*. It took nearly 5 
years and $50,000 to our attorney to finally get it. All he got was a lien 
against his house, and had to surrender a pile of old ham radio gear, which we 
sold-off to various people & Hamfests for a mere handful of dollars.

Conspicuous by its absence, however, was the crystal he was using for 
1500Khz! I wanted to personally smash it with a hammer.
