City of license studio rules:
1. Within 25 miles of the CITY CENTER of the city of license OR
2. Anywhere within the "city grade" service contour of the station OR
3. Anywhere within the "city grade" service contour of ANY OTHER broadcast
service licensed to the same city of license.
The Public File can be located at any legal main studio (see above) but if
it is not located in the city of license itself you must maintain a
toll-free telephone
number from the city of license to the main studio and also provide
copies (and pay the postage) of Public File materials upon telephone
request from persons residing within the normal signal area of the station.
