Yeah Scott, a move to a Class C Graveyarder would be a minor change 
as you could only move from 1530 to 1590 and it e considered a minor change.

I thought to change frequency on AM, no matter if it's up or down one
channel; this was consider a Major Change.  I looked in to this several
years ago, and that's what my attorney told me. I found that I could
move my station (a daytimer) to a (Class C) local channel in this area,
I would have to go down to 250 watts daytime, and I would end up with
250 around the clock. But I was told it was a major change and too much
riff/raff to go through.
