[BC] Organs

Many of the radio stations had full on pipe organs. I have seen and
played the one, many years ago, at Columbia Sq. (CBS) in Hollywood. I
also saw the one at NBC when it was at Sunset & Vine in Hollywood. There
was even a special studio at the Radio City Music hall that had, I'm not
sure if it was a second or third pipe organ which they played on the
air. If anyone is interested in listening to one of the granddaddy of
all instruments, you can check out this URL:
http://www.atos.org/Pages/chapters.html I used to maintain Hammonds -
mostly B-3s. Had a model G at one time that I rescued from a military
disposal site. The Hammond is nearly indestructible. At the risk of
someone taking it wrong, if you'd like to see my organ, you can see it
at:

Check out picture #17 and #22. Sure do miss #22.
