[BC] STL neighbors

I had a very similar problem with a 7.5 mile data link.  I just switched
from vertical to horizontal, problem solved..

Their studio was 30 degrees off from the receive antennas, same
freq/polarity. Bot of us could not change polarity.

When the enhancement happened, they captured it.
