Peter,
  Who are they? Is one of them WSAJ, that licensed to that college in
PA.  I not sure, Scott Fybush can tell us for sure, but that station has
gone dark for good and the license was (or is being) turned in.

There are still two (2) Class Cs which are 100 watts, and are listed as 
"Grandfathered as Class D [ formerly read: Class IV ] on a Class B [ 
formerly read: Class III ] channel".
