[BC] Question for Xen Scott re: WCEM Cambridge

Xen,

I know you have the old FCC microfiches, so here's a question.

WCEM's tower is lattice up to maybe 120 degrees and a pole the rest of 
the way to 157 degrees.  The pole carries their FM.

My question is, "Did the station start with only the lattice tower and 
then added the pole when they added FM?"

Because their "efficiency" is much lower than one would expect for 
their tall tower, Strassberg suggests they may be putting some of 
their power into a resistor.
