Paul, like most places in the midwest, cost of housing will be 
affordable. But a word of caution about Beloit: One of the largest 
employers is GM and if you've followed the economic news, their stock is 
near junk status and they will be closing or reducing workers at their 
older plants like Beloit. Other than that, best of luck in your search.
