Ok,

what i mean is to change frequency it requires changing a crystal in the 
oscillator and tuning up all the stages as opposed to frequency agile where 
i can just flip a few switches to change the frequency.

Obviously frequency agile would bring in more $$$$ than a unit that someone 
has to do a lot of work on in order to change frequency.
