I'm  not a former Telco guy, but I posted a copy at the transmitter site  just
for fun.  Still brings a smile to my face, thinking that someone  at Bell
Labs was assigned to this worthy  project.




The Bell System Practices or BSP's covered all that was done in the Bell  
System!
 
In it's time it wasn't a bad idea! I can say that after spending ten years  
in operations and reading a LOT of them. There was not a piece of WECO 
equipment  that did not have BSP's on how it operated and how to maintain it. This is 
where  I got a lot of my ideas for creating the Operations Manuals I write for 
church  sound systems!
