Actually the Asher family sold because they ran out of family members to 
operate it-- it's been in the family since day 1.  And while it does use a 
lot of satellite stuff (as many small AMs do), it is still respected for 
its love and local morning show, its news department, its coverage of local 
politics, and its community involvement.  I agree the demographics of the 
listeners are probably older, but WJDA maintained a presence in the 
community that is quite admirable in this day and age.
