True for daytime, Mike, but the topic had turned to very short ( < 40 deg)
radiators for second site, middle of city flea power use. Apparently it
has been done in a case or two where the flea power was inadequate to
serve the city from a Class D daytime site. The point was moving, staying
within the daytime contour and not increasing the power to try to provide
the same f/s as the original flea power authorization.
