The old WERK a/k/a WLHN is not on the dial but technically on the air, as I
understand it, on a STA for a longwire, but only operated once each year to 
avoid license surrender.

The design is a 6 tower parallelogram side-fire design with very wide 
spacing (253.8 x 130 deg). The major lobe is oriented due north and I 
expect the reason for the night power is the frequency IIRC is a Canadian
clear.
