[BC] (KLRA-WHIN) was WOWO

[Bailey, Scott]

Did it really do them any good?  I can't hear them well down here.  In
Gallatin, WHIN is on 48 watts at night, so I have to drive out to
Nashville to hear anything on 1010. Outside WHIN's flea power at night,
all I hear is that station out of Canada (forget the calls off the top
of my head).
