[BC] WOWO

Canada NEVER gives up AM allotments. I know of a station that puts a null
towards a Canadian station that went dark in the early 60's.
When they re-worked their array in the late '70's they tried to get the
allotment removed. No dice. It'll be there - vacant - forever!

One would think with the folks in Canada wanting to abandon AM,
Infinity/CBS would buy that station from them and take it dark, almost
giving them a Non-DA at night.

WINS' pattern always had problems.

Killing KLRA improved WINS' NIF, but it still had to deal with the
Canadian Class A only 350 miles away.

KLRA was 1100 miles away.
