Look at KFMB, San Diego. 5Kw day. 50Kw night. In addition to adding 
parts of Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, it covers most of the Pacific 
Ocean at night. Daytime only part of the Pacific Ocean.

Another station that provides listening for aquatic creatures is 
WEEI, Boston. I believe it originally was a maritime station.
