[BC] 10 kHz spacing / 9 kHz Receiver

Probably any manufactured in Europe for export.

I seem to recall my Volvo S70T, presently stored operational, had this 
capability, although it was not stated in the owner's manual.

Subsequently, Volvo became owned by Ford, and likely some of the less 
critical components are manufactured by Ford for Volvo, whereas some 
Fords contain mission-critical Volvo components or are based upon Volvo 
designs.
