Uh...sure.  Why on earth would anyone in Colorado set TSW to forward?  We
don't here in inland California.

At one of our LECC meetings I innocently suggested the following scenario:
TSW for 006000 [entire state of California] -- text as follows:  "Our Father
which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name..."
