[BC] GE Superadio III vs. IBOC hash

DRM can live in a true 10 kHz channel and solve interference problems.  IBOC as 
it is at the moment requires a 20 kHz channel for digital only so we have the 
same poorly planned channel spacing problem as has existed with analog for decades.
