Looks like one of the early TV Consoles at CBS Television City in  Hollywood  
with the patch panels to the right.   As I recall in a  couple of the TV 
studios they had a PA console mounted in front of the stage  (Stage Right)  that 
looked something similiar.   Some older guys  that worked out there may have 
some comments.  Console is probably of the  RCA Custom Group.
