I say it's an RCA custom. The white brass or nickel silver dial plates were
an RCA feature (BA-6, BA-2,  etc.).
WE would likely have used their own knobs.
RCA knobs were used on GE, Collins, Langevin, LPB, and even Peavy, etc.
