Pat Sajak ("Wheel of Fortune") bought WKHZ for $140K a couple of years 
ago.  One would hope that things have improved since then. They still 
seem to be on an STA. The license on AMQuery shows two towers days and 
three at night. It would look as though the station doesn't cover 
Ocean Pines well at night.  That's a large retirement area - generally 
stand-alone houses, not condos, etc.  I'd think it contained much of 
the region's year-round residents.

AFAIK Sajak's WNAV Annapolis is an OK operation .. though operating on 
an STA for some reason.
