[BC] IBOC Ruling on FCC's 7/13 Agenda

The Commission has put the IBOC item (MM Docket No. 99-325) on the
agenda for their next open meeting, to be held next Thursday July 13
at 9:30 AM.  If you can't attend in person, the FCC will provide a
webcast of the meeting, but only 200 free live streams are available.
(However, George Mason University offers "pay per view")
