[BC] Nighttime IBUZ Decision Delayed?

I'm cross-posting this because of the manufacturer's last minute filing.

Is the FCC likely to decide on nighttime IBUZ operation on Thursday 
with the manufacturer's ex parte filing of July 5? Can they do more 
than issue another Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on such short notice?

Is nighttime AM IBUZ operation so terribly dangerous that the 
manufacturer isn't willing to risk it?

The other question is how many existing AM IBUZ stations would fire 
it up at night? Are there enough engineers willing to take the risk 
knowing they'll take the  blame if signal degradation occurs?

How many of you are confident enough to go 24/7? Or, do you share the 
manufacturer's fear?
