[BC] Emergency studio

If you are using a dual-mono analog STL, you must put the Optimod (or other
combined processor-stereo generator) at the transmitter. If you are running
a composite STL, you must put the Optimod or equivalent at the studio. If
you have to have a studio at the transmitter site, then in that case you
would need a processor up there, with a coax switch to put it on the air. I
would not worry about having EAS capability for the XMTR studio if it is for
emergency use only. If it appears that you would need to program from there
for more than a few days, move the EAS unit.
