[BC] FCC Deletes digital report from today's meeting

IIRC, Sat radio has a bunch of "temporary" ground based transmitters that,
if disappeared, would leave about half of sat radio subscribers without
signal, especially in the cities.

(I'll bet that for a few dollars those become permanent)

augmentation. No more trying to pick up the 3-letter powerhouses for

overnight drive - just punch up channel xx and enjoy. And do note that
