[BC] Mobile streaming - who needs IBOC?

Who always pays for it?
What gets me is wireless phone bandwidth is pretty much maxed out in 
many areas, yet they keep wanting to add more to the carrier(s). It 
seems all they see is the $$$ coming in from the new services, but never 
a thought about the thought of how they ae going to make it fit into the 
allotted bandwidth. Humm sounds something like IBOC, glad to see we're 
not the only sector trying to rewrite the laws of physics.
