[BC] Modualtion Monitors (do we need them?)

IF ANYBODY.....Wants to buy my Inovonics Modulation Monitor, contact me
off list!  I may just go buy a Belar. I have to admit, the analog meters
are pretty!
My Inovonics Mod Monitor is in NEW/PERFECT SHAPE, and the book/manual
looks like it's never been open!  Contact me off list if interested!

Oops.... Apply the UNmodulated RF signal (no audio), turn cursors on...
