[BC] Small Market Wage

Jason,
   What is your definition of small market station?  Is it a small AM-FM
combo, or a small group owner that may own 1 or 2 AMs, plus up to 3 FM's
in the same town?  OR is it a small town station, like a stand alone AM.
   There is a difference between small market and small town stations.
