[BC] 2.4 GHz Short-haul Audio Link

Here's a cool new product -- the "Oono Transmita" -- that provides a
short-range (minimum 50 m) wireless digital audio link in the
license-free 2.4 GHz ISM band.  This could be helpful in remote
broadcast locations where a short hop is needed, but it's inconvenient
or impossible to run wires.  With gain antennas, you might extend the
range to several hundred feet -- and with outboard amplifiers, several
miles?  The price for both ends is only ~US$65 (GBP 35):

Oono (what a name) also offers a nifty portable FM radio/DAB
radio/radio recorder/voice recorder/MP3 player/data storage device --
with rechargeable battery offering 8 hours of DAB operation  -- which
can be used with headphones or an internal speaker.

Sorry, it won't receive HD Radio -- just analog FM and Band III Eureka
