Tim, that looks like an excellent ticketing program for use by stations and 
groups of all sizes, especially since it's distributed under the GNU General 
Public License.

A description of its practical use and how it relates to a SQL or Access DB 
would be the makings of a great engineering management article in one of the 
big three broadcast engineering trade publications.
