[BC] Cell Tech, killed by police at tower site

At and AM site I used to maintain. I had to repair an antenna monitor that
received a 9mm round, through a meter. The Old Gates Transmitter was really
bullet proof, it had two marks where the bullets hit but did not penetrate.
The Main TX was behind an old RCA that I suspect would make a good bullet
stop.

A few years ago. At some cell sites in Chicago that I visited they had
directions posted on the door to leave the site before sundown. If you got
cough at the site after dark you were to lock the door and spend the night
and not to open the door for any reason as police would not respond to calls
at the site after dark.
