I am aware of one in the SD and LA area which involves some heavy
hitters. Stay tuned...
The treaty with Mexico and Canada doesn't deal with IX from adjacent
channels placing willful emissions on the foreign station's
channel. Treaty simply states the IX shall not occur inside the home
country. So Mexican stations are being stomped on by US stations in the
area where HUGE overlaps already existed. Canadian stations might suffer
the same fate to some extent. Especially in the Vancouver, Toronto,
Montreal, Detroit, and Buffalo areas which have lots of cross boarder signals.
