I don't think the option to "just say no" is really an option if
you're being clobbered by someone else. People don't seem to realize
that a clobbered station can lose an audience in a very short time.
Far shorter than any litigation. If you do get clobbered your
lifespan may be very short.

I hope Steve Davis' promise that his stations will do no harm doesn't
get overruled at the top. It'll be interesting to see WHYN,
Springfield, MA, (560) go IBUZ full time with so many stations within
20KHz relatively close by. There's 540 on Long Island, 570 in New
York and 580 in Worcester, MA. Since we still don't know if the IBUZ
signal obeys the same directional laws of physics as analog,
coexistence might be tough. I wish I still had the Kenwood tuner. I
spent most of my time listening to FM and didn't listen for any
problem between WTAG, Worcester at 580 and WHYN at 560. Clear Channel
owns both of them, so it may be moot point.,

With God on their side (Salem) I'd watch out for WMCA at 570. Their
fringe signals overlap. I picture an increase in lightning strikes in
the Springfield area.
