Possibly. The experiment has to begin with the first month survey of 
a book to be part of the complete book. The Summer survey begins June 
29. If it's operating by then, we're OK. Otherwise, we'll have to 
wait until September 21 to get the complete Fall survey and 4 more 
full books after that. For WGN's sake I'd prefer Fall 2006 to Winter 
2008. Talk is often weak in Summer books. Starting with Summer 2006 
would include two potentially weak books.
