Everyone knows Duck tape is to be used with water. Such as when you are trying to keep the mast up during 
a thunderstorm. I found it doesn't matter is the water is liquid or frozen. I fixed my downspout with it this
winter and it is still working fine. Repaired a downspout at the transmitter site 12 years ago and it is still
holding strong.
