[BC] RCA BTF B series transmitters...

Same tube and same design for the RCA BTF-B series of
transmitters. The B-series Amplifiers went to 2-Meters just by
holding the tuning motor switch a little longer. There were two
paddles on the cathode line that could easily be moved to set their
range by loosening two clamps on each one.
