[BC] GE Transmitters

Hi, Stan...
The manual I have isn't actually a TT manual--it's from a TF-5 amplifier
(high-band VHF) that was connected to the output of our old TT. Seems that
GE built low power (5kw) transmitters, and then fed their output into
the TF amps to get 50kw visual. Did RCA or others do the same kind of thing
with early (1950's vintage) TV rigs?
Unfortunately, the books from the TT appear to have been lost when our old
building--and the GE TX--became just a hole in the ground. Somehow, the TF-5
books found their way to our "new" (1974) TX site, even though the GE was never
there, and survived another 20 years in happy retirement. Then, our TX guys
were doing some house cleaning about 2 years ago, and kept them out of the
dumpster when they remembered that I'm always on the lookout for things
like that.
That old GE served as the main for almost 20 years, and then as the aux for
11 before we abandoned that building.
Rest assured that the book now has a good, permanent home, and if you'd
still like to scan it, I'd be happy to work with you on that. Drop me a
note off-list... Unfortunately, I can't help with the 5513, and a quick
search at tubedata.org didn't turn one up. I'll keep my eyes open...
