Well- you're right. I could have been more specific. I believe these were U47s 
IIRC. Someone in mgmt thought them to be outdated. $200. I think I just choked 
on my oatmeal. Hmmm, what would I take? One measly u-47 or two whole SM58s!???
LOL. Reminds me of how I wish I had bought some of those old outdated Collins 
radios I would occasionally come across in the 80's. I know of at least one 
station that still uses the 787A in their production studio. They rather like 
the sound- so you're certainly not alone.
