[BC] Old 2500 WE Telephone...

I'll check it with my Icom ham rig this afternoon on 160 and 75 and see if
its there.  THe regional Verizon engineer is coming to look it over.  The
installer did a nice job.  Didnt half ass anything, including the ground.  I
made him tie into my common point ground.  They were not too happy when they
had to run the fiber all the way around my house and under the driveway to
get to where the electric and CATV and hard wired phone all come into the
house, but they did.  All my utilities come into the house at the same point
and all tie to my Polyphasor panel and ground system.  Has prevented
lightning damage to my house for many years.

Paul,

If this gear impinges on any ham band (say 160), you should contact Ed
Hare W1RFI at the ARRL. He's fighting the BPL fight but may "need"
another problem ;-))
