That's the story I'm reading too Mark. Did you buy any of the ipo? I filled 
out the form and then withdrew. Selling ipo stock over the internet via a 
promisory email seems like a very tenuous enterprise and not very defensible if it 
gets litigated. Vonage wont have the budget for enough lawyers to go after 
everybody that didnt pay if the price keeps dropping and subscribers keep bailing 
out, as I did. I switched to SunRocket on a "buy one year in advance, get 
another year free" deal for $99 total. That's $8 a month for unlimited Voip. Hard 
to beat.
