Gee Tom, I'm sure I had seen those FCC 5.8 GHz Groundwave charts 
somewhere.  BTW, did you know that if you manage to run your beam past a 
corrugated roof such that the wavelength matches the corrugations, you 
can achieve frequency doubling?  I bet you could get up to 5th harmonic 
with a bit of polarization tweaking.  Call it a roofwave.
