The NAB, naturally, feels "self-regulation" is better. Sort of like 
the hip-hop stations "self-regulate."

AFTRA, on the other hand, immediately expressed happiness that 
"talent" is not to be made liable for their own actions.

Entrepreneurs are already developing "Ostrich Farms for Broadcasters" 
so they can keep doing "business as usual."<<

The biggest problem I have with this is that I haven't heard so much as
one tiny peep out of the broadcasting community.  Are we so unwilling to
defend ourselves against arbitrary and capricious regulations and
confiscatory fines (at least for some owners) for something that no one
can define to anyone's satisfaction?
