Good questions about who will pay.

The military will probable try and succeed on
not paying a dime.

WFXL's insurance will pay for their tower, and
I would venture that their liability >may< pay
for WALB's.

But since WALB's collapse was intentional, although
unintended and a result of WFXL's actions. They may refuse
to pay for a WALB replacement.

Leaving WALB's insurance paying for their tower and
trying to recover money from WFXL.

My guess is the lawyers will sort it out :-)

No legal training here...just opinion.
