Before On-Air Digital, it was originally the TM Century Ultimate Digital
Studio.  
(Back in the Dave Scott days at TMC).  Back then, it was just a controller
running
360 Systems Digicarts and Sony CD jukeboxes.  They later wrote an interface
so
it used Computer Concepts DCS for audio storage.

SMARTS is actually in They also sell Smartcartster and traffic system
(SMARTS).
AFAIK, they have no music programming division.
