All radio folks should see the new Altman movie "A Prairie Home Companion". 
Now, you have to love Altman and Keillor -and live radio - to love the 
film. It is about an old fashioned radio show sponsored by an old fashioned 
radio station. Many do not know it is their last broadcast. The knell is 
about to strike. The station is being sold. The old gang that made the 
place special is being dispersed and dismissed. The venue is being torn apart.

Ironically, the preview was sponsored by WVXU, which had just that happen 
to it the year before. Art imitates life ...
