I can find no source that claims 441 lines for the CBS system, yet 
several that claim 405 lines. See:

What is your source?

441 lines was, however, the earlier 'standard' before the 525 line 
system was adopted, but it has nothing to do with the CBS color 
system. Perhaps that is where your number comes from?
